I like to take my teaspoon first thing in the morning and let it coat my throat for atleast 15 minutes before drinking anything. I take it at night before bed if I feel I need a little extra immune support. I can say that I really believe in this recipe!
1/2 c. 100% pure, local honey
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix thoroughly. Store in a glass jar with a lid on counter or in refrigerator. I store mine on the shelf with our other supplements and oils.
Take 1 tsp of this everyday. The properties include anti-fungal, anti-aging, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, fights cancer.
I even give this to my daughter who is 15 months old though I give her 1/3 of a tsp.
Can also add:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tablespoon lemon zest or 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Use stainless steel utensils if possible.
