Fermented garlic and honey is simple to make and effective! There is no real recipe here. Peel and chop raw garlic. Fill up a jar to the top with crushed or chopped raw garlic then cover with honey. Let ferment for a few weeks, I would suggest a month before using. This jar fermented for an entire year before we needed it. We healed a sinus infection with this. I have also been clearing a stubborn mucus out of my sinus cavities with it. Just take several spoonfuls throughout the day and before bed. It works pretty quickly but you will need to continue taking it for max effectiveness. This is a natural antibiotic. Remember not to give honey to children under the age of 1 years old. I have not used this with a child only with adults. Consult your doctors and any other professionals you see. This is for educational purposes only.
