Yogurt with turmeric, ginger and honey

This is an awesome snack for those days when you just need a little something sweet and some good protein. You can use store bought yogurt or you can make your own!

It’s super simple!

1 cup yogurt (see homemade yogurt recipe)

1/2 tsp organic ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 tablespoon honey

Mix and enjoy!
