This Brazilian cheese bread is so fun to make and even better to eat! It’s gluten free, cheesy and delicious. Pão de queijo is the Brazilian name for this delightful snack. These rolls are easy and quick to make, gluten free and delicious!
1 Egg
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1/3 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. Tapioca Flour
1/2 c. grated Cheddar Cheese or a similar cheese of your choosing
1/2 tsp Salt
Grease muffin tin. I used a mini-muffin tin and you’ll need to keep an eye on them since they will cook a little more quickly than the large muffins. Spray the tin with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse a few times until everything is combined. Pour batter into greased tins. Fill about halfway full or a little more. Bake for 20 minutes on 400°. The tops of the buns should be slightly brown. Cool for 2 minutes in pan and then remove. Can serve immediately!
